Fill out the Importation form correctly.
Once the form is filled correctly, the request will be processed at the back end, and the Shipment Invoice will be generated and sent to the Customer via both email and SMS.
The customer is expected to proceed to make payment of the Shipment Invoice via one of the stated methods and provide Proof of Payment in reply to the email with the Shipment Invoice.
The Proof of Payment becomes the confirmation to proceed with the deployment of the Import service according to the Terms and Conditions, including the delivery timeline and delivery method.
Once the delivery is completed, a Proof of Delivery (PoD) is generated and confirmed to the customer via the same email trail.
